My Father Has Died
The phone rang.
My Niece was calling.
"Grandfather died a few minutes ago."
With all of the sadness at my Dad's death, what fills me most is gratitude for being part of a wonderful family and for all the love my Dad and I shared.
We leave for South Carolina tomorrow.
